Boy, do I love my RoomMate 100!

I have a Catalina 30 that I keep year round here in south Florida.  While I have not had major smell issues, between the humidity of summer, a closed boat, the scent of varnish, fiberglass, carpet, cushions, etc., the boat always had what my girls referred to as the “boat smell.”  While not really offensive, it would work its way into everything; the pillows, foul weather gear, towels, etc.  I tried over the years to mask it with various sprays and room deodorizers, but as soon as you laid your head down on one of the pillows, or used a towel, it was there.

I had noticed your ad for several years on the benefits of ozone generators, but given the size and weight of your units, was a bit skeptical.  How could something so small and lightweight deliver such results?  After chatting with your technical support team this Fall, I broke down and bought a RoomMate 100.  I plugged it in on Sunday and when I returned two days later – Voila!  No trace of the “boat smell.”  I must have looked the fool as I ran around the boat smelling all the cushions, towels, pillows, cabinets, etc., trying to catch a whiff of the ever present “boat smell.”   But none to be found.
